OPPORTUNITIES FOR EQUESTRIANS

I currently offer several different opportunities for equestrians at discounted or no cost. These opportunities range from discounted portrait sessions for portfolio building purposes to participation in the Equiphonics studies and demos. Below are all current projects and sessions with availability - to apply for one (or multiple!), please fill out the form at the bottom of the page to let me know which you are interested in.

Space to participate in these sessions or projects is limited, so please note that not all applicants may be selected.

PORTFOLIO SESSIONS

Sometimes, an idea for a specific type of portrait session strikes, and you need a good model to help execute that vision! Portfolio sessions are just this - heavily discounted Horse & Rider or Fine Art sessions that allow me to try new ideas, and for you to have those photos with your horse that you’ve always dreamed of at a fraction of the usual cost!

All portfolio sessions cost $200 and include a $50 print credit that may be applied to any print or digital add-on orders after your session. Horse & Rider portfolio sessions include 15 professionally retouched images and Fine Art portfolio sessions include 5 retouched black, textured, or white background images.

A $100 non-refundable retainer is due at the time of booking to hold your time and will be applied to your final invoice.

For applicants who live within 1 hour of Chicago, Illinois or Dayton, Ohio, travel is included at no additional cost. For those that live outside of these areas, travel fees will be discussed.

Below are current session inspiration that have availability.

    • Young Rider portraits; Timeless, slightly formal dress, on the ground or bareback with parental consent.

    • Dreamy beach session; bareback in a flowy gown. Participant must be 18 or older.

    • Ethereal forest vibes; cottagecore, fairytale, soft light. Mounted and unmounted.

    • Cozy winter; thick sweaters, scarves, cup of coffee, bareback to escape the cold energy.

    • Trainer branding; capturing your routine from training horses under saddle and teaching students to working around the barn.

    • Styled under saddle; action shots over fences, on the XC course, or in the dressage ring - I want to create art of you and your horse doing what you do best.

    • Standard black/white background, with colorful hunter or dressage braids.

    • Gold/silver/rosegold leaf! Using various foil colors to accentuate the best parts of your horse.

DRESSAGE FREESTYLES

Though my work through CBMedia largely involves horses and their humans, I am a musician, composer, and audio creator at heart. Dressage freestyles have always been fascinating, and with my experience as a musician and audio professional, I am looking to partner with dressage riders to build a freestyle portfolio.

Over the next few months, I want to design 5 freestyles for upper level riders across the United States. These freestyles are completely free of cost, and include everything outlined on the page linked below. Once your track is completed, you are free to use these in competition.

Equiphonics

Equiphonics is a passion project spanning the past five years; using sensors to generate music in real time from the movement of a horse in motion. I have designed it from the ground-up, and now I need your help to get it to its final phase.
